Senior Marketing Manager
Your Role at PULSED
PULSED is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll create, and execute a scalable demand and campaign awareness strategy. You’ll play an integral role in the acquisition, product storytelling, demand, and revenue marketing campaigns, as well as regional go-to-market plays (online and offline) for PULSED. This is a highly cross-functional role in which you’ll get to work closely with stakeholders across the product, marketing, sales, services, and support teams.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who can set up strategic revenue marketing campaigns and demand marketing content to increase the acquisition of senior professionals’ audiences.
- Nurture PULSED’s storytelling and messaging across our native offers, sales enablement materials, fair opportunities, and product launches.
- Build plans to support scaling outreach campaigns to help sales teams leverage marketing materials for outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to bring PULSED’s global go-to-market strategy to all markets.
- Establish a sustainable, strategic approach for demand marketing and engagement, working with industry experts and influencers to create outstanding content.
- Fully own the reporting of all your initiatives around revenue marketing campaigns and lead generation across business segments.
- Work closely with cross-functional partner teams like sales management to gain traction for your work and hold teams accountable for the use of outreach campaign materials.
Experience / Skills Desired (but not Required):
- A self-starter, a great teammate, and someone who has 5+ years of high-tech, sales or marketing experience, preferably in a field-facing role.
- A clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and sales enablement content creation.
- Strong project management skills and an ability to lead a team in developing and delivering programs within a very high-velocity, shifting environment.
- Analytical and use data to solve problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Solid business acumen, with sales experience or enablement experience, is a plus.
- Are an excellent communicator, writer, and storyteller in English and German.
Corporate Account Executive – DACH (German Speaker)
Your Role at PULSED
As a Corporate Account Executive at PULSED you will be engaging directly with medium to corporate sized businesses, helping them to grow. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business, and increase the customer’s usage of the PULSED platform over time. You will use your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who can develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly and monthly territory business plan
- Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads
- Run qualification calls with C- level executives and department leaders
- Close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence
- Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C -level
- Work collaboratively with PULSED’s marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
- Run online and occasionally in person product demonstrations
- Liaise with internal PULSED stakeholders such as Legal, Finance and Security to solve for the more complex contract requirements of our Corporate customers
Experience / Skills Desired (but not Required):
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in a complex selling environment
- Have presented and pitched to C-level executives on a business change
- Have been responsible for large/high priority accounts in a previous role
- Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting
- Goal orientated with track record of overachieving on monthly & annual targets
Technical Support Specialist (EN/DE Speaker)
Your Role at PULSED
At PULSED, we are looking for a support professional who thrives on providing support through many different channels of communication – including: email, phone, chat, forums and social media such as Twitter. You will be supporting our international customer base and so you will be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English and German. You’re a phenomenal match if you possess fantastic troubleshooting skills, are driven to help customers and have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who takes ownership of customer issues through resolution, are empathetic, adaptable, resourceful, and see the support experience through our customer’s eyes.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and German, especially in a business context.
- Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills – You must be able to convey technical jargon in a wide-array of syntax from beginner level users to developers
- A good sense of urgency and flexibility, ability to work within deadlines and timelines
- Ability to empower end-users to support themselves using our knowledge base.
- A passion for social media or web-based software
- An appreciation for easy to use, intuitive software
- Ability to evaluate, tackle, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation.
- A desire to learn, master and guide.
Experience / Skills Desired (but not required):
- Basic knowledge of various mobile platforms; iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry
- At least three years of technical support experience
- At least three years in a customer service role
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript or CSS
- Basic understanding of how SaaS integrations work
- Experience troubleshooting in a SaaS environment with an assertive deploy schedule
